WebCabin, operated by Koalatech Pte. Ltd., respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data obtained through a connected Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us and we will take care of the rest.

Send an email to support@getwebcabin.com from the email address associated with your account.

Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data (for example, your connected Meta Ads data).

We will verify your request, process it, and confirm by email once your data has been deleted, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

You can request deletion of your entire account or only a specific subset of your data. Just tell us which in your email and we will delete what you ask for while leaving the rest of your account intact. Upon a verified request, the personal data we delete may include:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Content you created, such as pages, copy, creatives, and knowledge base documents
  • Leads and analytics associated with your account
  • Data obtained from a connected Meta Ads account, including access tokens, campaign data, and pixel event data

When you request deletion of your Meta-connected data, we revoke our access and remove the stored Meta access tokens and related data.

Data we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
